If you cook pork or beef ribs on low for about 8 hours, the meat falls off the bones and is delicious.The best ribs you can get by cooking them at home.Beats boiling them first!

This is the second cooker I have purchased. My son borrowed my first one every other week. Finally, he asked me for it and I gave it to him. I was lost without it. I had to have another one. I no longer use my oven to bake meat. I've even cooked a small turkey in it. The only complaint I have about it, is that there should be another way to open it where the steam doesn't popup in your face.

Looks like a barbeque grill made from a small barrel. It is really a slow cooker that is great for Ribs, Roasts, Whole Chickens and other family sized cuts of meats.
Clean up is a breeze as the crock lifts out and the lid lifts off for quick and easy end to a great meal.

i have this product and love it, we use it for thanksgiving turkeys and superbowl ribs....I bought this one as a gift for my mom and grandma.the only drawback is that the pan is hard to clean... so either put water in it during cooking or line it with foil.
