My boyfriend is a garbage man.His boots get wet and mucky in the winter.He comes home and puts them on the boot dryer.They dry out very well and the dryer doesn't tip over at all.Very good value for the money.

This dryer is so basic and simple to operate, and doesn't make a sound. It has dried my work boots and gloves to my satisfaction. Don't be in a hurry though because the passive convected heat used to dry your stuff takes a while, but I like this because it's more of a natural drying process by not being too harsh on the things you are drying. When I say a while I mean your wet boots will be ready to wear if your leave them on the dryer overnight. I have dried boots, shoes, gloves, including neoprene ... Read More

I purchased the Pacific Outdoors Boot and Glove Dryer as a companion to my PEET Original M97-OL Shoe Dryer.I liked the illuminated on/off switch and it dried my shoes nicely.Unfortunately, the Pacific Outdoors Boot and Glove Dryer smelled like it was burning and while I could not see any evidence of scorching, I was afraid to leave it on overnight.
I will be returning the Pacific Outdoors Boot and Glove Dryer and replacing it with another PEET Original M97-OL Shoe Dryer.The PEET is ... Read More

Pacific Outdoors Boot and Glove Dryer-- I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband since he works for a short-haul truck driver and is in and out of his truck a lot in all kinds of weather. We recently had a big snowstorm and were able to test the dryer. It worked great! It doesn't get super-hot on the outside, which we worried about in case one of our Labrador retrievers knocked it over. He put his boots over the prongs and switched it on, and it had his boots dry within a few hours. It works even ... Read More
