- Simple idea that works.
No brainer. I gave it only 4 stars since I would like to see it a little longer. Works well!

- Pretty good product
This anchor is not bad.It does take some doing to screw it all the way down into the hard packed sand, and I agree with the reviewer who noted that the handles provided for this feel a trifle flimsy. However, it has stood up for prolonged exposure to significant wind when I used it here in Miami. The anchor will tend to loosen after a couple of hours in high wind, and must be re-driven into the sand.
All in all, a decent product for a good price.

- Luv the Anchor
This sand anchor was perfect. We used it at 4 different types of beaches with different gusts of winds and it stayed in the sand.It does help to pile up beach sand around it (wind it waaay down in the sand) and we leaned our cooler along side of the anchor and umbrella so it held the whole setup even better.

- sand anchor
The grip bars to turn anchor in the sand could be sturdier, it feels as though they may break off. But, if careful, the anchor works great once in the sand.
