My throat and lungs are prone to illness in dry, cold climates. Whenever I feel the dryness coming on, I use my steam inhaler. This little product provides relief and benefit as it creates steam in a minute which can easily be inhaled. You feel the relief instantly. I've had this steam inhaler for a year now, it's simple to use, reliable (sporadic use), and relatively easy to clean.

I have read a lot of good reviews for this product, and I decided to purchase it. After receiving this produced and using it for several days the pieces of the plastic part start falling, and I was not able to close the top. Anyway I had to return it.

I received this (Mabis Steam Inhaler) promptly and was very pleased with the product.I bought it for my sinus problems which it helped but a side bonus was my husband has asthma and he was getting filled with mucus.I had him use the inhaler and it helped a great deal with being able to expectorate the mucus.This was better than a vaporizer because with the mouth attachment he was able to get the warm mist directly into his mouth.

We used this product about 10 times.It has sat unused for about 6 months now.Started it up the other day and it is not working.
It was good while it lasted.Since I am still under warranty (1 year) then I'll go try to hunt down that fix.

Don't buy this product. There is no customer service. I called the customer care number: 800-622-4714, but no one answered. I had to left a voice message telling them to call back with my phone. No one ever called back.
Don't buy this product! There are better and cheaper brands out there.
