Rating: - Complete junk
The Sabrent card is garbage.First it would not tune in every channel even with XP drivers.Second their website is a joke.They claim to have Vista drivers.That is a lie.Vista immidiately rejects them.

Lastly as I continued to use this card in XP the video quality degraded significantly.

Works great on XP Home and I beleive Pro, but I couldn't get it to work on Vista.
Fair unit at a fair price.
