- Worked OK, no spare parts available, customer service "documents" problem.
This toaster worked pretty well for 5 years, which is why it gets 2 stars.The LED lights stayed on all the time, which was OK since they're not exactly energy hogs.However, after 5 years, the LED's went out.I opened it up...the circuit board was toast.I emailed Oster.They said to check with a local repair center. I did...I can get a new crumb tray but am out of luck with the circuit board. I've responded to Oster and we'll see what they say but I don't expect too much.I will certainly ... Read More

- Stopped working after 3 months
This was a fine toaster until it stopped working.Now it toasts only on the inside sides of the toaster, and even on those sides a lot of the burner wires are burned out entirely.
Of course we didn't save any warranty info, but if we had, it wouldn't be worth the cost of shipping to send it back for repair.
Don't waste your money!!!
Rating: - sharp looks, dull performance
you are basically paying for the exterior design, but toaster doesn't do the job. In mine is only one side working ok, the other is just burningbread in the middle while edges remain soft. And it's slow too.
Spend your money elsewhere folks.

You just tap the button top if you need to pop up the post rather than pull the lever up, has adjustable sizes for bagels etc, cleans up nice. I like the crumb tray
Rating: - Keep your receipt and box ! - and everyone go to oster site and call to complain
I would suggest people go to oster's website and grab the customer service 800# and call and complain regarding a known trusted name like Oster making such CRAP.As consumers you must take the time to tell these companies we won't tolerate such junk at high prices when we buy a toaster or a vacuum or any other item!
I buy a lot of stuff from Amazon. I've wanted a new toaster, preferably a 4 slice long toaster simply because I use a lot of long breads that won't fit into these dang 2 ... Read More
