Sometimes it doesnt crush all of the ice, there might be a few chunks of ice but its no big deal.

I WAS AMAZED HOW QUICKLY IT CRUSHED ICE!NO PROBLEMS TO REPORT SO FAR, I'VE ONLY HAD IT ABOUT A MONTH.HOPE IT LASTS FOREVER.

I have had this blender for over 5 years. I bought it when I gave up trying to make margaritas with my old one. It works very well and fast. Having so many settings, you can work it like a finely tuned instrument. I start it on grate, then go to liquify briefly and finish up in blend. The process takes less than 2 minutes. It produces a very fine ice grain. It is also very easy to clean. It also has a lot of power. I would highly recommend it.

I bought this blender at Target about a year ago. When I used it the first 3 times it smelled like burning plastic. Around the fourth use the bottom plastic piece broke and it leaked everywhere. Also this blender had a hard time even crushing ice. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. Spend a little extra and save yourself the frustration.

I figured a 20 dollar blender would be all I needed to make a smoothie here and there. When you read the directions you are only suppose to use SIX ice cubes at a time! That's not even half of the smoothie.. Anyway I fill my glass 3/4 of the way with CRUSHED ice, then I crush it in the blender and then add ingredients.. It still takes me about 10 minutes to make ONE smoothie.. the ingredients are powder and milk, people actually feel guilty as I make their smoothie and offer to buy me a different ... Read More
