I have had this needle clipping device for over a month and it works exactly as advertised. Being new to insulin injections I was concerned about the disposal of the needles / syringes. I was told to just purchase a sharps container and keep on buying them when they get full. With multiple injections daily the container fills quickly. This device holds up to 1500 needles. Multiple people in my household have conditions that require they either take a shot every day or take a shot every other day. Disposing of the needles has always been annoying. Typically you have had to have a biohazard containter to store the used needles in which is quote bulky. Now with the BD Safe-Clip you can clip the ends of the needles much easier. This guarantees that the needles are disposed of properly in a very easy manner.

This is a great little product for anyone who has to use needles. It is a very small device in which you clip the needle from the syringe and then can just throw away the syringe.The device holds over 1000 needles and it much easier to properly dispose of instead of the large bio hazard boxes. Highly Recommend.

- Worked great for 30 days
This product inspired me to toss my needle storage container. However, it worked for about 30 days and then got jammed. It only held about 30 needles before it became difficult to insert them and cut them.
I'm going to order another one and see if it it was just a dud one or human error.

What a wonderful space-saving invention for those of us that have to give ourselves injections! This tiny gadget rocks, and is super easy to use and takes up so much less space than those bulky sharps containers! I highly recommend this if you are a subq injection-giver like I am. Check your needle gauge, because I think it only works for 29-30 or something close to that.
