we bought this griddle to replace another one we have just used up.The old one kept burning our food, so it was time to replace it.So far, this one is working greatly, cooking everything evenly and quickly.We are very careful not to use metal utensils on it to ensure not scratching the surface.Hopefully we will get a lot of use out of this one, and the Tilt n Drain feature is cool, except the hole that the oil drains into could be a bit larger.
