- Wonderful electric kettle
I bought this electric kettle after my old one stopped working.I really love this one.The water doesn't take long to boil and it doesn't have the "plastic" after taste that it had with my old kettle.I'd recommend it to anyone

We bought this for a corporate office kitchen. It looks very attractive and fits well with our other appliances - classy styling. This is a handy pot and the only drawback is that it takes a little longer than I thought it would to heat water, but overall, a great addition to our kitchen.

I received this item, and it worked as advertised. At first there was a small amount of plastic odor to it, but after repeated use, and letting stand with the lid open for days, it seemed to subside.
All in all, it is a very nice product. It boils water FAST.

We were looking for a tea pot that didn't have plastic in contact with the water.This pot has plastic parts, but none come in contact with the water.
At first the there was a plastic smell about the pot when it heated but the smell never was in the water.After a month that smell is gone.The pot heats water quickly and holds the temperature well. It holds 1.75l or ~1.75 quarts.

Extremely pleased with this purchase.It is used several times daily and I don't know how we got along without it!Coffee for me and tea for hubby every morning and soup or tea for lunch.We do use reverse osmosis water but the stainless does not show any signs of mineral buildup and the plastic lid does not emit any odor to either the air or water.It heats very quickly even when full;much better and faster than the microwave, and very portable.
