Like its big brother 12-inch pan that was recommended by America's Test Kitchen, this little pan performs with even heat, scratch-resistant coating, and cleaning is a snap.

I love to cook and this pan is one of my favorites. It is made well and reasonably priced.

I have owned this pan for about six months now and find it a pleasure to use. Nothing gets stuck on it, yet it can develop a great fond. Cleaning is a breeze, just a few swishes will do it. No big deal with the metal handle, I just use a pot holder. It's an old-fashioned concept.

it does seem weighted a bit off -- handle's heavy for the size of the pan.but i haven't had any problems with it tipping over or having to support the handle.nonstick surface is great, easy to clean, but sticks enough that you can develop fond and browned meats.handy size for sides or components of larger dishes.eggs do great in this pan.
