I started buying my vitamins online from Amazon.I did this so I did not have to drive in to the grocery or drug store.

Fish Oil is one of those questionable supplements.I like to take fish oil because I don't think there is enough healthy oils in the typical western diet.I also like fish oil because I feel healthier when I take it.

I've been taking Nature Made Omega-3 for years. At my recent check-up, my MD told me that my blood vessels and arteries where pliable and very healthy. I'm a 59 year old and that was good news. She said to continue taking the Omega-3. I purchased the 1,200 mg to boost the benefits.

Most doctors say you should have at least 1g of Omega-3 fatty acids a day for general health.Doctors still are debating whether 1g or 2g of Fish Oil is preferable for treating depression, but fish oil is preferred over vegetable products.Make sure they contain EPA and DHA acids.Nature Made is quality controlled and the price is excellent.Plus, they have an incentive program that gives you great discounts.
