All the President's Men starring Robert Redford and Dustin Hoffman is an interesting look at the Watergate scandal. I like this film because it is part of history and I think the facts are pretty accurate. The Deep Throat character is played by Jason Robards, his voice is like no other. Captivating movie, check it out sometime!

Another one of my Dad's favorite movies. He was in college during the Watergate Scandal and followed it thoroughly. I saw the movie from his collection. The EXCELLENT FILM is based on the story of two reporters for the Washington Post, Carl Bernstein(Dustin Hoffman) and Robert Woodward(Robert Redford), who stumbled across a potential lead for a story that snow-balled, to their continued horror, to the incrimination of and forced resignation ... Rating: - Good Movie
This was a great movie, very interesting.
Though I was very surprised with swearing in it.
The "F" word is in it about 4 or 5 times, which I was surprised by because of it's PG rating.
Other than that, it was a very good move, and worth the watch.

Alan J. Pakula's 1976 hit film All The President's Men is as good an example of a filmmaker as craftsman as there is. Pakula was never a great director/auteur, a man with a `vision.' Rather, he was a journeyman filmmaker who tried to best shape whatever scripts came his way. The film is a good one, but it falls shy of greatness because it is a film that is all surface level.
