- Not great, but not terrible
The product does what it's advertised. It charged my iPod just fine until the prongs got all rusted (cheap metal).
Keep in mind how much the product costs and adjust your expectations accordingly.
As I said, it worked just fine for me, but I would have expected the prongs to not have rusted, at least not as quickly as they did (about 2 months with sporadic use).

I actually use this product quite a bit. It comes in handy when I'm out of town or at home and don't feel like hooking up my iPod to the computer.

These were cheap (90c) and although there were some mixed reviews I decided to buy three - for me and my children.One was dead on arrival (DOA).When either of the others were plugged into my iPod Touch it started doing strange things - turned on even if powered down and I couldn't turn it off even with the hard on/off button, the touch control didn't work and the screen display randomly zoomed in and out and sideways.The chargers also created ... I've bought two of these, and the price is so great I may buy more.I was using the 30 gig ipod video unit and upgraded to the 160 unit.Which have nice battery life at first but the more you use them the faster the battery dies.Was looking for something to charge other than through my computer or car and found these.I bought two.Use one at work to listen the ipod and have it stay fully charged all day, and one in my suite case for travel and to also have around the house.

This product was great at first, it worked despite the bad reviews I had read and was worth the money.After a few weeks, the charger started making a clicking sound as it was charging, and the red light on it would blink, all at random intervals.I didn't think much of it at first, then it stopped working all together.Being an electronically minded fellow, I opened it up, only to discover that a wire attached from the circuit board to the outlet prong was disconnected.Thus, the clicking sound was 120V ...
