- Good Vitamin D Caplets
These are the same ones that you would find in any Walgreens or CVS. I would suggest waiting to buy them in the store because they typically go on sale to "BOGO" or "BOGO half off". This was very convenient as it saved a trip to the store.

I did not want to run in to town for vitamins.So I looked on Amazon for the D vitamins that I buy.Low and behold they have them.The bottles bigger than I normally buy and contain more tablets.
I have seen a lot of research about the positive effects of taking vitamin D and I feel better when I take it, especially in the winter.I live in Wisconsin and we just do not get enough sun in the winter.

I cannot believe how much better I feel since I started taking 1000 IU/day of Vitamin D.It took a couple of weeks to really feel the difference - but wow!
