- A Workhorse Pan for Everything
I have a stove with cast-iron burner grates, andI need pans that fit the burner properly. I tried one of these Circulon Sauteuse Pans.I love it, and find myself reaching for it to cook just about everything....eggs, rice, vegetables, etc.In fact, I bought 2 more so that I can cook everything in one of these. There is only a minor suggestion for improvement, in that if the lids had steam vents it would be a help, but I just sit the lid ajar to release steam.I am looking for this same pan but ... Read More
Rating: - Great Sauteuse for Indian food
This product is great for cooking Indian food.
Pros:
1. This is a broad pan with deep walls, thus a large batch of any preparation with gravy can be easily accomodated.
2. Non-stick works very well.
3. It is lighter than most of the sauteuses in this category.
4. Very easy to clean (Hand wash recommended).
5. Heats-up evenly.
Cons:
1. Don't use for small quantities of food, unless you like charcoal flavor.

This pan is well-made, truly non-stick and is just the right size for many uses.It works as a frying pan, sauce pan, slow-cooker, casserole dish, or just about anything you can imagine.If you could only have one pan, this would probably do a very good job of filling that role.
