I was really excited about eating toast.Too bad it doesn't work.The lever doesn't stay down.If I hold it there it seems to be toasting, but something's wrong with it.

I have owned this toaster for just over a year.Until now, I thought this was the one and that my quest for a good, reliable toaster was over.Wrong, but I will get to that in a minute.First, the good.This is not a perfect toaster, but it was very good.The bagel setting is useful for toasting bagels without burning the outsides.Although the slots are too narrow to handle better breads and it is a tight squeeze for NYC bagels, the toaster seemed to be sturdy.The settings were reliable ... We've been pleased with this toaster, which we've been using for about two weeks now. It isn't speedy, but everything toasts well. It has that solid feeling, like it will keep toasting for a long time.

I really like this toaster I bought. It has 9 settings for toast and bagels. It also has a warm button. I think it is worth the price.
