- NOT good for tea. Loose leaf lovers, look elsewhere.
I know, I know. There are tea and cocoa k-cups, but it's painfully obvious this thing is designed with coffee in mind. We have NOT used it for coffee yet, but I wanted to post a review to warn loose leaf tea lovers that this is not a suitable (or fun) way to get your B50 model Keurig and your loose leaf tea stash to make sweet, sweet beverage-y love.
We've tried less tea, we've tried more tea - heck, I even tried fresh torn-up spearmint at one point for the hell of it, but the results ... Read More

- Too messy
This product was very easy to use - not sure why others have had trouble getting it into the machine. However, like other foil filters I have tried in the past, it let some grounds through which make for a nasty last sip or two.Plus, cleaning up is a pain - the wife did not like all the grounds going into the sink.I'm either going to have to live with the 40 cents per cup of the K-cups or get a different machine.I found a site where I can get a 24 pack of k-cups for less than $11 with free shipping. ... - Lets me use my own coffee, save K-Cups, and be more green
I was so happy to get the Keurig machine, as we have a few at work, and I like the temperature the coffee comes out at. Even better, as I was using many K-Cups at home, when I found this reusable filter on Amazon. Some of the reviews had me worried that I was going to have a cup of coffee with many grounds at the bottom of the cup, but when the My K-Cup Reusable Coffee Filter finally arrived I made a cup and was very pleased with the results. I usually grind my coffee pretty coarsely, so there were no problems ... Read More

- Makes unsatisfyingly weak coffee.Possible solutions?
This makes a very weak cup of coffee. The design is completely different from a k-cup, with the water flowing practically straight through the device and picking up very little flavor from the coffee grounds.I just scanned through 30 pages of reviews on this item and managed to root out a few possible things to try before we give up on it(which I really don't want to do because I can't stand using all of that plastic that can't be recycled).
1- Use coffee that finely ground.
2- Take a used, ... Read More

- Keurig reusable filter
This product works just fine, but there is really no comparison to the k-cupcoffee cups. The K-cups just make a better cup of coffee. Hands down.
