- incompatible connector
the power adapter came with a 3-wire connector that didn't match the normal laptop input jack.I had to buy a separate plug and solder it to the cord after cutting off that 3-wire connector.

I found,..... finally,.. a power supply that was below $90, I saved over $75 with shipping included.I was very pleased with the superreasonable shipping.It came promptly and well packaged and worked perfectly.I'm definately a happy camper. The cord had been lost in the mail, and the company sent us another one overnight! Excellent customer service, and the product works perfectly.

Was very pleased at first but the pin (the part that goes into the port at the back of the laptop) was broken within a month. Can I have a replacement? If not, then my purchase was in vain.
