- Wrong cable
I've twice ordered from these folks and both times they sent the wrong cable.The prices are so low that it's scarcely worth the time to correct such mistakes, but they might want to pay more attention to how they're filling their orders.

I also wanted to buy this cable for my Mac-to-Mac migration. Fortunately I did take a second, more careful look. This cable has "MALE" plugs, Macs have "MALE" sockets (for this kind of plug shape). So I have a question to reviewers who claim that they used this cable with their Macs: how did you manage to connect a "male" plug with a "male" socket?

The cable itself might even work fine but I give it only 1 star for its deceptive potential for Mac users for whom it ... Read More

Bought this to replace a factory supplied FireWire cable that came with an external hard drive. It works very well, has high quality construction, and looks great.

I received the cable in no time at all, far sooner than the estimated delivery. Perhaps if clearav would have spent more time with my order they would have sent me the right cable. I received a 1394 6-pin 6' cable and it works well, but it's black and looks nothing like the translucent cable I wanted; however, it was one of the better prices for this type of cable. I guess you pay for what you get.
