This is not a good product;Buy some thing else for the money.You can find better lumbar support products.

..the only drawback is that there is no strap to hold the pillow in place and that the thickness of the pillow is rather large.i have to recline my bucket seat far back so that my chest isn't close to the steering wheel.other than that, i'd recommend for short term results.
