I consulted with my chiropractor before I bought the lumbar extender back stretcher. He said that it would be good for my back.It must do something because it hurts when I fully stretch with my legs straight and arms above my head. The stretch is relieved a little when I bend my knees. I think it is a good product, and I would recommend it for people with back problems. I have scolosis and some vertbrae out of alignment. I use it on the days I can't make it to the chiropractor office.

I use this Lumbar extender the entire range of my spine and get wonderful rejuvenation throughout my body.I have sciatica and it does help temporarily relieve the gluteus pressure on the nerve.
