This pan fits 4 nice size pancakes on it and they slide right off meaning e-z clean up!
good price for this product.we shall see how long it holds up to a busy egg and pancake eating family.

This is truly nonstick, easy to clean, and it heats evenly and works well.I had another one (same size) of a different brand before this and it was supposed to be nonstick but everything stuck to it and it was pain to clean.This one is well designed and is a good size, though not huge enough to put out a lot of food quickly.I use it mainly to make french toast, pancakes, and cheese sandwiches.

I love this griddle, but was very disappointed to get it and find out that it does not match the description.This griddle does NOT have the thermospot in the center.I have relied heavily on the thermospots and specifically picked this over other griddles because of the thermospot.
