- Great eyeliner
I haven't previously used many eyeliners - only the pencil kind.My professional make-up artist friend said this one is the best, so I gave it a try. I've found it much easier to use than I feared (apply with stiff eyeliner brush - like a paint brush)and you can paint on very thin and very accurate lines.If they are too sharp, you can 'pre-dab' the brush on the back of your hand for a softer look.The gel dries out very quickly though, so keep the lid closed tight at all times, and work quickly ... Even though this product was pricey for me (22.50 + 25.00 brush for correct application), I gave it a shot, hoping desperately that THIS was the answer to my problem of raccoon eyes an hour after makeup application.(and I am not heavy handed with the makeup brush)I had tried every kind of mascara--$20 ones, waterproof ones, drugstore ones. some were better than others, agreed, yet even with only a small amt of liner on my lower lashes I ended up with dark circles. yup. Pretty much it REALLY does work... I've been through SO many eyeliners-- this one lasts all day!! I LOVE IT.. I even ordered my mom one for her bday- she loves it too. so worth it! I didnt get the brush with it bc I Had one already - and honestly, it works great. w or w/out "bobby brown" brush- its great!

I got Bobbi Brown eyeliner as well as the angled thin brush about 6 months ago, and I LOVE it. It stays on all day (and if I don't wash it off, it stays on all night too) and it looks great. I only have to apply a little bit for it to be dark (as opposed to pencils, which I have to go over 3-4 times) and it doesn't irritate my sensitive eyes one bit. I've even worn it with contacts, and my eyes were fine.
