- BEWARE of unstable legs
This table is fun, but buyer beware regarding the legs on this toy!First, many of the pics of this item are NOT of this item!The table with the wide feet and blue lights around the center is an older item which is no longer made (I tried the older version at a friend's house and loved it).The wide feet provided a wonderfully stable base for this toy.However, the new version (with red lights) has unstable legs which are prone to tipping on your child.The legs are also NOT detachable on all ... My son loves this toy. He has had it for over a year now. I am really surprised how long the batteries last in this unit. A nice feature is that the legs are removable. This allows the music table to be placed on the floor or a tabletop, or to easily be stored away for future use.

I bought this along with a Fisher-Price Little Superstar Sing Along Stage for my Granddaughter and Grandson.They liked it, but the Fisher-Price toy is their preference.

- Don't put the legs on this table until your little one is ready!!! They don't detach even though the box says they do!!!
My 7 month old really enjoys sittig and playing with this toy (he isn't crawling or pulling up yet). Our 9 month old neighbor who is crawling and pulling up also likes the music table. We put the legs on the table for our 9 month neighbor and it took HOURS and a flat head screwdriver to remove the legs (and my husband was really worried he'd break the legs)! DO NOT PUT THE LEGS ON UNTIL YOUR LITTLE ONE IS READY.

I got this used from a friend and my daughter loves this table. she can pull her self up to it and play for a long time, seems like she doesnt get bored with it as easily as some. Very durable plastic and its nice because you can adjust the volume of the music.
