- Good quality but hard to clean....
I bought the Le Creuset 2 quart casserole with lid and loved it, I needed a new small omelet pan as my old one was peeling non-stick and I use one every day for breakfast and single dinners. So, I thought I'd try this one after looking forever online and not finding one that fit my needs. I really like it, but I have to say it is very hard to keep clean. For some reason it gets stains on the enamel on the outside and bottom and doesn't just come off with normal scrubbing. Also, make sure it is well ... Read More

Good price, fast delivery, great size for 1 to 2 person meals, performs very well on a gas stove.

- THIS IS THE BEST!!! WORTH THE MONEY!!!
This is a great pan. If you want an omlette pan use the omlette pan that LC makes. This pan will become non-stick over time. This is great for cooking. I have used it numerous times. I love Le Creuset product. There is no aluminum and no teflon. Worth it's weight in gold(literally). I would recommend it to anyone.

I really researched pans before buying this one.I love the non-stick pans but hate all I am reading about their possible health hazards.Since I cook a lot and for my family, this was a real concern.Again and again I have heard of the value of cooking with cast iron.So I decided to buy one and followed the directions.I always heat up the pan first on a med. to med.-low temperature, I just coat the pan in a thin layer of olive oil (which is good for you) or vegetable oil, then I put in my eggs, ...
