- GREATEST LITTLE PARING KNIFE EVER!
I love to cook and have been doing so for over 30 years now.I made a vegetable beef stew today.I could not find my usual paring knife and remembered that I had purchased this knife along with several other knives from Amazon.com a couple of months ago and decided to give it a try.Wow, was I impressed! This little paring knife seriously cut my potatoes like butter! The potatoes I used were brand new russet potatoes (not older soft potatoes) and this little knife just glided right through each ... - Works Well
I bought this brand because of the review on the PBS program "America's Test Kitchen"They called this brand of knife a good value with good performance.I find that to be true.

- the best
i read a review in a cooking magazine recommending this knife and yes it is just as good as the recommendation, easy to handle, sharp. the perfect paring knife
Rating:
- This is NOT the 4-inch model
This is NOT the 4-inch paring knife that is recommended by ATK, this is the 3-1/2-inch version.I haven't seen the 4-inch available at Amazon, but it is available elsewhere.
Rating:
- mediocre
I am a HUGE fan of the Forschner full size chef knives. They are well worth the money.this little knife though is $$$ thrown away.Invest in a forged paring knife like a Wusthof or similar. This did not hold its edge, dulled quickly, and was basically garbage.
