- Works great!
After hitting 40, seems like the waist was the first to expand. I have slept with the belt, put it on around the house while doing chores, and have been wearing it on walks. I haven't actually measured, but can feel the difference in clothes. It's also a nice goal to keep moving towards the last zipper. What I like is that you can totally see the sweat on the belt, but it isn't gross on you, nor on the belt. A quick wipe down with a washcloth does the trick.

At the request of my wife I got her this.It does make you look thinner but be aware that it does not breath and make you sweat.In addtion, depending on how tight you make it helps to control you appetite as you can't eat a great deal while wearing it.

I was excited by the reviews from the other users and I wanted this belt so bad, I couldn't wait. I was extremely disappointed: The material the belt is made of is extremely light, so it doesn't hold me tight. I am using the last zipper (which you are supposed touse when you get slimmer) and the belt is still loose (I am a size 14); I cannot see the trimming effect at all, it makes me look bulky instead. I tried it one time and the zipper will not hold in a smaller adjustment, it's not usefull at all, would like a refund if possible

for the cheap price, i had to try it.I had to reposition the zippers and sew them back on so that it fit right.That was a bit of a process, but now this slimmer fits perfect and is surprisingly comfortable.Doesn't slip around, it's like second skin, i wear it for a few hours during work a few times a week and am seeing results.Think i've lost an inch, already onto the second tighter zipper line.with the exception of the rubbery smell it has, i love it.
