My sister bought this for me. I did not appreciate the gift until my lower back went out again. I did all of the exercises the chiropractor recommended , plus shower massage on the L3 L4 area.....
As a last resort I gave it a try. However I put it in the middle of the bed so that my legs could hang over the edge of the bed. I found this product difficult to use with existing back pain. I had trouble lining up my spine to this thing. If you decide to order this contraption, have someone help you lay onto it and then help you to get off of it... it's not as easy as it looks and I couldn't relax enough to lay on it for 15 minutes.

Also, the instructions sheet was a copy of a copy of a copy, so some of the instructions were not even available to read because words ran off the pages.

great product. It really helped to relieve pressure on my lower spine especially. I take a hot shower/bath and then lay on it for in home "therapy" daily to make myself feel better. It's not really for the cervical spine etc. and it does not solve every issue.. but it functions as advertised. Someone wrote that it was like a "brick" ? ...Where have you been working out buddy?.... it is the weight of a piece of Tupperware....

While I was a bit skeptical, I was also looking for relief. About a year ago I saw something on an infomercial for a similar - read: "more expensive" - product and had saved the site in my favorites. I couldn't bring myself to purchase that product as I wasn't having issues at the time. Of course, as it goes, when I did have issues, I didn't have the money! I have returned almost everything I buy for my back pain but this is one thing I've kept. If you are 70, your back is shaped more like a "C" than an "S", and have the flexibility of a block of cement, this probably is not for you.
I am middle aged, average height, average back flexibility, with no fusion, scoliosis, or acute herniation. It doesn't even fit me perfectly but is in the ballpark. I still arch over my 6" foam roller and 3" foam baseball to work out problem areas. Also you can roll around ... Read More
