Absolutely no user instructions. Perhaps if the authors spoke English instead of Japanese they could determine why the video-audio is so often whacko! Product also causes the ripped video to briefly stop between frames just enough to be irritating. You will spend more time trying to figure out how to rip your videos, and how to get the video-audio in sync than the product is worth. The same goes for their identical twin iMtoo. Works Great.I use to make videos for my IPhone from DVDs that I have purchased.I can also "rip" the soundtrack to make MP3 files and sound clips to use as ringtones or to add to videos.It has lots of settings to adjust quality of sound and video, which I assume will affect file size.I use Roxio version 9 to trim or clip videos, but this may do it also.

After purchasing the Archos 705 I realized that I had no way of getting the movies I already owned onto it.This software was easy to install and use.Everything transferred perfectly!The only issue is that the ripping process takes FOREVER!If you've got the time then you will enjoy the picture and sound quality.Definitely recomend this to anyone who has some computer savy but isn't quite writing programs.

It works...converts into AVI, DIVX, and XVID. Takes a minute to rip but you can do other things while it does..the problem is I don't know how rip the segments and chapters I want. It rips an entire movie into several parts...how do you rip the movies into one file and one file alone?
