- Best Coffee Ever
I never realized how much difference a coffee maker could make in the taste of a cup of coffee. I contemplated this purchase for a long time and am delighted that I chose this coffee maker. I love it. Someone mentioned the need to keep the water hot, put it does have a function for vacation times or extended absences. If you are debating on whether or not to buy a Bunn, stop debating and purchase!!

At first I didn't like the idea of it keeping the water tank heating all the time. It was like having a small heater on in the kitchen[not so good in the summer]. Since it only takes about 10 to 15 minutes for it to heat up the water in the holding tank, I keep it turned off when not in use and turn it on in the AM before I take a shower. This works very well for me.
It makes better coffee than the capresso I've been using and I don't have to nuke the 2nd mug. The cord is a bit short. ... Read More

I have used several other coffee makers in the last 15 years-most have clocks, annoying beeping sounds, features I'll never use, special filters and designs that make them difficult to clean.
This is my second Bunn coffee maker (the first, 3 years old, is at my office) and I am pleased with it for the most part.
Pros:
*No clocks, timers or beeping sounds.
*Simple to use and clean.
*Fast brewing time.
