This wrap stays warm for longer than an hour after heating.It's comfortable and you can adjust the temperature of the treatment by microwaving it for a longer/shorter period of time.
It is a bit bulky, so you most likely won't be able to "hide" it under your clothes, but when you're not planning on being out in public, it's a much cheaper alternative than disposable heat wraps.

I bought one of these for my husband two years ago and it has held up nicely.The velcro is on the entire front strap so it doesn't come loose while you wear it. The fact that it is washable was a major factor. I considered buying one of the more expensive hot/cold packs but for something he doesn't use all the time it seemed like a waste of money.I was happy when I found this.At $18.00 it was well worth the money.I actually bought another one for my nephew.He loves his as well.
