A necessary item to get away from those expensive individual prep pads used to place electrodes.

- Get Rubbing Alcohol: cheaper and basically the same
I purchased this along with a new electro massage kit.This is a tiny bottle containing mostly isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol.If you read some other reviews you'll see complaints it douses to much solution on the skin.In my case it barely gets my skin wet no matter how hard I shake the bottle.Wetting a rag with clean water will do a much better job, but if you want the skin clean to remove natural grease/oil then just buy some rubbing alcohol from your local drugstore and save your money.

Used this on a new Tens pad, it left a dull finishand now I cannot use the pad without it.It may be better to use it when the Tens pad have been used for a while and very little gum is left on it.

a good solution to use before you attach electrodes to your skin. i just recently urchased this product in conjunction with a tens/ems combo unit. so far the two have worked hand in hand. i beleive it will give longer life to the pads.thanks for a good product.

The machine is quite adequate as it was described. For minor aches and pains it does the temporary relief job it is supposed to.
