I have suffered for years with leg and foot pain.A friend had the roll on Biofreeze in her purse.We were shopping and I complained about how much I was hurting.She showed me the Biofreeze and I used it and immediately I felt no pain.We had a great time shopping.I came home and ordered 3roll on's, 1qt. pump, and the spray. if you are going to use this product then this is the way to go as it is cheaper, saves about $5.00. It goes on quiet well but I like the gel better. Does really help with my arthritis and fibromyalgia pain.
