I use this pan constantly. It's the perfect size for use at dinner preparation time as well as at breakfast. It cooks evenly, even at the sides, which works great for browning. My husband likes "egg scramble" for breatkfast. To make this I brown diced green peppers, diced onion and garlic. Then whip eggs with some mayonaise and salt/pepper and pour them over the vegetables after they've softened in the pan. I've found that no matter where in the pan the vegetables cook, they simmer evenly. And the ... Read More

I have used this pan for several months now and it is the perfect size for side dishes, soups and stews. I have even used it on the gas grill outdoors. Short handles on the sides make it very easy to move around and carry. I do like the stainless steel lid. It reminds me that it has a non-stick interior, unlike my other Calphalon Commercial grade hard anodized cooking vessels which I use daily. This four quart is also good to make home made fudge, puddings and frostings. Clean up is a BREEZE.

Great pan! It's between a skillet and a sauce pan. I find I reach for it more often because it'd bigger then the regular sauce pan. Great for those frozen bag dinners, doesn't overflow like the skillet

This IS my new favorite pot!! The one that never really makes it back into the cupbord. perfectly sized, great even heat conduction, easy clean up. I will probably buy another one!!

This pan is perfectly sized for me.The Calphalon One Non-stick 10-inch everyday pan is great- but a little shallow.This pan is the same diameter but is deeper.On the downside, it is not nearly as well constructed as its cousin in the Calphalon One line.But it works for me.... BTW- this pan is offered as a premium with a minimum purchase from the Calphalon line.
