I read a bunch of reviews before I bought this and very few mentioned using it with a 24" monitor.I've been using mine for about two weeks, and it is unexpectedly sturdy and easy to use.Installation took less than 10 minutes.It has enough height differential so I can switch to portrait easily.I was really skeptical that something so much less expensive than all the other stands would do exactly what I wanted it to, but it raises, lowers, and tilts easily, and it feels very stable and doesn't ... This is an excellent monitor stand.I now have two of them.They allow total freedom of movement, up, down, twist, tilt and everything in between.This is a great replacement for the poor excuse for stands that ship with most monitors.

I just received this monitor stand. This is an excellent product. No fuss, it just works and is very stable.

Pros:
- Sturdy: It seems to be really solid.
- Adjustments: You can adjust your screen up and down very easily, left and right and of course the angle of view.

I bought a couple of these for my two monitors. It has all the features I was looking for:
- height adjusts easily
- can be tilted left, right, backwards and forwards
- swivels
- attached screen can be rotated 90 degrees for vertical screen setup
- easy assembly.
Now I can have my two monitors set up exactly the way I want them while remaining in a position that allows me to read and work without straining my eyes or my back and neck.

Rating: - Very Pleased with Neoflex LCD Stand
The stand for my viewsonic LCD monitor was broken due to carelessness.Duct tape provided a "fix" but the monitor listed slightly to the left (now I know why my neck was hurting).The stand that came with the monitor was made of plastic, and wasn't height adjustable, so I opted to find a new stand vice trying to get one from the manufacturer.
