I have had this item for about 2 years and use it at least 4 times a week.
It has its own charger but I can use it several times between charges. It can be used IN the shower and has all the power you need.Now they need to make it smaller for the face area.And no the battery powered kind just isn't the same as this item.Really its the best.I want another one just for a back up.I can't imagine being without it.
