Rating: - My scooba only run 20 Min After 1st Charges...
This product is great, i will give 5 star if there is no problem with the battery and 'check tank' alarm....for the 'check tank' alarm still not clear even you do as per manual...suddenly the alarm clear when you apply pressure when closing the tank. for the battery is a big problem to me...right now i must buy new battery for my scooba.....
Rating: - Decent product, not as spectacular as Irobot claims
This is a decent product if you are okay with lots of noise and pre-preperation before you start using it. I have to block off many areas so it does not get stuck and then make sure it cant get onto my carpets (which it will do, despite their claims that it avoids carpet).

If you use this to essentially sterlize already fairly clean floors, it works well, but it will not pick up heavier messes and has a very small filter for debris which can get filled easily...
Rating: - Short lifespan
I had mine for two years, during which time there was plenty of problems with the battery, suctioning function, etc.THe customer service was pretty good; they replaced all the "defected" parts.However, after two years, it stopped working altogether.Since the warranty had run out, purchased with my own money a new battery, and charger.but it still did not work.I got so frustrated that i threw the unit out.What a waste of money.I would not recommend it.

I am a big fan of the Roomba, so I was really excited to try the Scooba.Unfortunately, after less than 6 months of once-per-week use, the blastedthing started displaying a "Check Tank" error for no reason whatsoever.I tried all the fixes that I found online and they did NOT work.Apparently, the "check tank" error is a common flaw that starts a few months after you purchase this thing.I am so irritated at how much I spent on this crappy robot that I won't ever buy another thing from the ... Rating: - Scooba is worth a chance
I was wary about spending this kind of money on something w/ so many low ratings. I took a chance on the idea that people might be operating the Scooba incorrectly or might have a singularly defective product. I'm glad I did.
