Rating: - A little too easy
This video is very easy for the cardio.It gets my heart rate up some but not where I would like it to be.
I do like the strength training section, though I have only done the 1st and 2nd trimester one.I feel that this section in a short 20 min works most areas that I need the workout on.
I did get it here for $6, which if you can find it that cheap, get it!

I really liked every aspect of this prental workout video.It had cardio, stretching, and weight training and not for just one type of person.Very interesting, good moves, and motivating.I highly recommend this video for those that would at least like to maintain if they worked out prior and are toward the third trimester.Pass it on...

It seemed to be a good work out while I was pregnant, but it didn't help keep the weight down at all and I exercised at least 3 times a week.

I enjoy this workout and think it is great.I rotate it with Leisa Hart's pregnancy DVD.Sure her voice is a bit annoying at first but you get used to it after a bit. My children find her fascinating...she opens her eyes really wide when she talks.Really, the workout is fun and I can feel the difference after doing it.It keeps me energized and I enjoy it. I was surprised at how low impact and easy this dvd was I would recommend it to anyone
