I have owned my 360 Complete model 8985 for over 3 years now.Love shaving with it. I don't use any creams or talc. Always shave after a shower and with a dry face. I often go days without cleaning, and sometimes substitute plain alcohol for the cleaning solution.Yes, I'm CHEAP!
Therefore, I thought it was BS to pay $30-$40 for a replacement part for the razor I paid $170 for. I decided I'd keep it relatively clean and it would be fine until it was dead.Well, I broke down recently ... Read More
Rating: - Item great, but...Shipping Problems
The foil and cutter block were exactly as described, however Amazon shipped me an empty box with another customer's packing slip inside. Customer service had trouble expalining this occurrence and the situation had to be escalated to a customer service supervisor who finally sent me the item I ordered. Amazon was unable to explain how I received a strangers packing slip for a "hydraulic pump" sent to me in an empy box. At least they corrected the problem with courtesy.

Naturally, this item is a perfect fit on the Braun 360. I picked out the razor system itself because they recommend changing the foil and block every 18 months. I have replaced it three times in the last year. The foil has small perforations to push your hair into the trimming area...which is great... until some of the metal pieces of the foil break off and those small perforations start combining to get larger and larger. My face has been sliced up by the cutter block several times from this razor ... Read More

I have had this shaver for years and replaced this item every year, but this is the first time that I get one not made by Braun. It is definetely a great price but it does not perform like their original. It's better to pay the extra few bucks and get the original.
