Was skeptical about trying something new, but after spooling up with this line and reelin in a BIG STRIPER,I,M sold !This line really stands up to it,s name and reputation.

Used properly, this line really performs well.If you are using a coffee grinder, make sure you dont overfill the spool and make it a point to slightly "underfill" it.I have also got into the habit of pulling the line tight with my free hand after I close my bail to avoid knots in the spool. I have found that what most people call "wind knots" start as a loop in the spool when the line goes slack after a completed cast.The only time I have had knots just appear in this line is when I overfill ... This line is so awesome, it casts so smoothly! no messy tangles, and it so so tough! at first i tought i was going to have problems because i thought the fish would see it but gave it a try anyways, it is so awesome! i highly recommend it.

Went mahi mahi hunting this summer. Not one got away. I spooled it on my PENN 850ssm spinning reel. Used a double palomar knot. ZERO problems!!!
