- For shipping books, these are the only evelopes I use
I had a shipping problem my first order and in trying to resolve it, found out that their distribution is only a mile from my house, so now I pick them up directly.I use these strictly to ship books because they're waterproof-ish, padded, seal easily and are the perfect size for most of my books.I'm not sure I understand the complaints about them being thin - it's plastic, so much more durable than paper.An I can't imagine the circumstances for needing thicker plastic.Anyway, these are great ... - Thin but Worth the Price
As one Reviewer rightly noticed, these envelopes are thinner than the store bought ones but will do fine for DVDs, paperback books etc.At 63% less expensive than the store bought ones, a good option.Very plain cover with company logo on the reverse side of each envelope.Will likely get your product to where it needs to be, and can be dressed up with nice mailing label. I have used them for mailing and they work great.

This item is just what I need for selling my products on eBay or simply sending things to family via mail. Arrived in good time and no damage. Would deal with again!

I bought these #2 envelopes & they are very very thin. I have bought better ones that are a little more expensive & they are much thicker & better quality. When I am mailing my books to customers it is very important to make sure the envelope is not so thin the corner of the book punctures a hole, because the book can be damaged. Depending on what you need the envelopes for you might not want to get these if you are using heavy items or items with corners like books.
