- Shipped wrong part twice.
I ordered this system to work on 2 doors and they sent only the receiver for the second door. I then ordered another complete system and again they sent only the receiver not the push button for the door and charged the full $ 149.00.so I have spent over $ 450.00 and still only have a system for 1 door.I am not a happy camper.

This video doorbell was a replacement for another one which was stolen. Could not find a camera replacement.I like the handsfree intercom when the doorbell is rung.The tamper resistant setup suits my needs.The video clarity is not as sharp as the previous camera.The camera housing is a flat steel color (would have preferred a white coating on the metal).All in all, I recommend this product.
