- Great in coffee!
Was originally going to use this in cottage cheese, eggs, etc. but when I noticed the vanilla flavor I decided to just have it in my morning coffee with the coconut oil I was already adding and it tastes great!
Rating:
- great inexpensive protien suppliment
I shake it in my orange juice or milk (doesn't stir as well) tastes OK & goes down easy.Buying it on subscription with amazon makes the price per gram competitive with chicken breasts---with no fat, cholesterol or COOKING!
Rating:
- Great by itself.
I bought this going for a more direct protein experience.I drink this by itself with a small bit of water.Easy to prepare and a good tasting milk protein concentrate with no saturated fat, cholesterol, or sugar.Mixes easily in small amounts of water (the less the better for digestion) and any spoon lumps get worked in with a little effort.
Rating:
- Great Product
I like it a lot. It has almost no taste, and whatever taste it does have is quite good for me (sort of light vanilla). It does not require any mixer, only hand shaking, which is a big plus for me, and it dissolves nicely. I mix it with water before going to gym, and on a coupe of occasions I drunk it a day later and it was fine, that was another plus for me. No additives (and no worries) and very light on calories.

The container I bought from my Dr. was half the size at the same price. This is the largest container I've seen!!! Amazing value for the money.
The quality of the protein is exceptional.Even with my decreased food intake, I've had no muscle ... Read More
