- Best Knives Ever
I had purchased another Komachi Knife previously and liked it so much that I got rid of all of my old knives (that were not so good).I have quite a few of these Komachi Knives in different sizes and love them all.They are so light weight but very sharp and easy to use.While not expensive, the quality is unbelievably good.

This knife is awsome.It cuts like a dream. We use it mostly just for bread, but have used it on sandwiches and the like a few times.The greatest part is no sticking to the blade.I wouldn't hesitate to buy this knife.

My entire family loves this knife - it looks unique - cuts EVERYTHING beautifully! Very sharp - excellent as bread knife as well as for slicing meatsAND you can spread the mayo too! This was our third knife purchase.

- Paint comes off with use
The paint comes off if they are used much and the most used gets dull.
I'd love to return or find out what the problem is. I bought 2 friends
complete sets as well as myself. All three sets are doing this.

The quality of materials and workmanship are excellent on this sandwich knife; it was bigger (wider blade) than I had expected - makes getting into smaller mustard jars a little tricky or impossible. Purchased as gift for mom, who seemed to like it.
