This backpack was great. I picked up two of them for my two boys. Kinder and 5th Grader. Backpack was able to survive an active kindergartener and a semi active 5th grader with a lot of heavy books. At home the bags were hung on a chair or thrown on the floor. At school the backpacks were thrown everywhere(literally).I would recommend this product for anyone who wants sturdy backpack. I originally bought this back pack for school and realized I can use it for a lot more. I love that it has a place for a water bottle. The front pocket is great for keys, pens, calculator, sunscreen just about any small object you do not want to have to dig for when you are in a hurry. I will definately be taking the pack on trips, to the pool and any place I need to carry a bag.
