It's small and lightweight and goes right into my shirt pocket.
It's inexpensive so if i lose or break it or if it is stolen no big deal.

I had bought these two ipod shuffles for my fiance and my mom. My mom always wanted one for around the house and outside gardening. She love it when she got it for her birthday. My fiance love it when she got it for christmas because she now can have her favorite music with her all the time. They both are not into electronics and like how simple it is to use. However, they both needed help getting their favorite songs on them.

I bought this for my daughter's 10th birthday.she loves it!It is easy to use and perfect for her.It holds plenty of music and the color selection was great!The only downfall was the instructions.They were very vague.The earphones are the type that are placed in the ear so that was a bit of a discomfort for her at first, but she has gotten used to them.

I purchased my IPOD Shuffle in May and loved it for the first month.It worked fine with no problems - until my hard drive crashed in June.Since then, I have had nothing but nightmares with my IPOD. Every time I want to add a song, sync it or even charge it on the base, I have to "restore" the IPOD (as my computer will not recognize the IPOD without ITunes open - and ITunes will not recognize it to charge it without restoring).I've tried Apple's help information, but nothing seems to work and I was ...
