- Mine didn't work
Did any of the other reviewers use a hygrometer? I do, and mine showed no noticeable improvement of humidity level over three days. I'm returning it.

I purchased one of the smaller units for my husband's closet.It faces an outside wall of our townhouse (that has no insulation) and you could always smell dampness.We also store our winter coats in that closet, so I knew I had to get some type of dehumidifier in there. This was the perfect answer. Within a few hours of hanging it in the closet, the smell was gone.I recharge about once a month and it works perfectly.We live on LI where its always damp and can't live without dehumidfiers - ... Dont understand how product works. After containing humidity it inputs it back into the air which is silly.

I needed a dehumidifier for my bathroom, something that's small, quiet and not expensive.I am very glad that I bought EDV-300.I also got the mini version from Eva-dry as well and both work as expected.The crystal balls of the mini one changed color after about 1 week or so.The EDV-300 is starting to change color now that it

OK, this product sounds great, and it is, but only for the things it's actually made for ie. small enclosed spaces and not entire rooms.
I bought the smaller version for a small safe (about 1.5' square) I have that was always getting humid and allowing my documents to get moldy. In two days the relative humidity went from 67% to 38%.
