I have been very happy with the Pyrex set.After all the recent negative news about heating food in plastic containers I wanted a set of glass containers for reheating food in the microwave.These have been wonderful.They seal very well.I pack them in my lunch for work and have never had a leak or spill. Rating: - Chuck the plastics
Every time I use these in the microwave I thought to myself, "ha...this will not melt or produce toxin no matter how long I heat it."Chucked all my plastic tupperware.Feel good about it.

Rating: - A nice set!
Got this on a deal of the day and I am very happy with it! Only downfall was the small sizes the set includes, but that is expected for the price I guess.
Rating: - Glass or Plastic
If you hate dealing with plastic containers as much as I do, this set is a great investment. The glass is nice and thick and it can be used as cookware if you want. The lids are a pain to get on at first but the more you use them the easier they go on.

i prefer to use glass rather than plastic.
i like playtex. it' nice.
the only thing that i don't like is lids are little too tight.
it's not convinient.
