- Handy Kit
Handy collection of cables and connectors that allowed me to salvage data off a 2.5" hard drive. Instructions are sparse.

- Sabrent USB-DSC5 SATA Adapter
Who ever thought this kit up deserves a reward. It was very easy to hook up once I figured it out, (the directions left a little to be desired) but once hooked up and the process started it worked like a charm. What is nice about it is that you can make it work on any size drive. It has to be added to my list of one of the best things I ever bought.

Product works excellent. I hope a fire wire version comes out soon. I can use this Sabrent USB-DSC5 for my internal hard drives and make them work as external.Sabrent USB-DSC5 Serial ATA or IDE 2.5-/3.5-Inch to USB 2.0 Cable Converter Adapter with Power Supply

- Works fine
This has been a life saver when trying to get info out of dead computers: just take the hard drive out and connect it via this gizmo to a working computer.
It supports IDE and SATA drives and comes with its own AC adapter.
It's not intended as a long term hard drive connection, just as a quick fix, and works great for that.
